Context for translations

#1

Post by kotipuka01 » Mon Apr 01, 2019 9:18 am

Hi all!

I recently found out about MX Linux and decided to contribute by translating whatever I can to Bulgarian. However, some strings are quite difficult to translate when you don't know the context in which they are used.
Would the devs be able to add some context to the strings for translation, or alternatively, can someone tell me how can I preview the translated strings as I go?

Thank you all in advance! :)

ask a question, and we will try to answer. Otherwise, for context, the best I can offer is the english strings in the apps themselves.

and WELCOME! and thanks for contributing!
