New phrases to translate for mx-packageinstaller

The mx-packageinstaller application has been overhauled to consolidate functions. As a result, there are 30 strings totalling 104 words to translate on Transifex. Since many of these new strings originated with other resources, you should be able to take advantage of the suggestions from Transifex's translation memory to help you compose your entries.
