Have fixed the Table of Contents linking problem - by generating a ToC in Libre Office, this automatically inserts the ToC links in the LO and
pdf copies.
Will update the files later today.

OK, the invitations are out and the party is pretty much all set--we just need to see if anybody comes!

Linking problems from the Table of Contents in LO copies of Manual Sections 1 & 3 have been fixed. Refer the Manual Translations thread.
