...and you try to move the pointer, but it seems stuck - your heart sinks as you're convinced everything has locked up - you start to think of all the work you've lost... was just going to save it, honestly. Maybe REISUB will work, maybe it'll be OK in a minute.

You then look down and realise that all that happened was you missed the Touchpad with your fingers... panic over ;)

Oh yeah! I had a keyboard and mouse unplugged for cleaning and forgot about it.

My ergo mouse sometimes goes into some sort of powersaving mode...

moving the ball moving the ball... nothing.. arghhh. move the ahh oof there it goes.

Or that time where I said acceleration wasn't working again.. posted that on the forum even.. muttering. Then later realize you had two mice connected and you were working with the wrong mouse.. *facepalm*
