It's a sort of curated list, since I omit mere image tours or one where somebody only says 100 times: "I gotta say, I really like this."

Nice list you put there, thanks, will have to watch them all.

One tip if anyone interested, you can always switch out 'you' part from the url into 'hook' to avoid all the tracking youtube does, plus (bonus) you will not see the adds.

I usually manually copy youtube link to different browser that i use only for video playing, replace 'you' part with 'hook' and then refresh/load page. Works every time ;-)

Another one: You don't need a web-browser to watch videos:
Eg.
Copy and Ctrl-V paste the URL into on open VLC window

or (if your browser supports dragging URL's )

Drag and drop the URL into an open MPV window

Or you can use hooktube Redirector addon in your browser, seamlessly redirecting all YouTube video links to hooktube.

It works on my system but limited utility. It will not "fullscreen" the video which is not good on a large screen as the video is quite small.

Works on MX. Wonder why it doesn't work on antiX? Anyone got any ideas? gstreamer plugins missing?
