Hey guys, just a heads up, most of the MX apps will get updated shortly (probably tomorrow) it's just small changes, I finally fixed they icons in other themes (and Desktop Environments) so don't get afraid of these updates.
By the way. this was prompted by my playing with a KDE and LXQt respin, they are almost ready will post the ISOs ins MX Modified forum.

Re: MX-* apps update
I'll install the LXQT respin and test it as soon as I have the time; I'm not a big fan of KDE

Frankly me neither anymore, I used to like it during MEPIS time. I did this mostly as an exercise, I probably won't use it. It does have some nice features. I don't think I will use LXQt either, it's not much lighter than Xfce, I think it saves 50GB in RAM usage and it's more limited than Xfce.
Re: MX-* apps update
I'm just curious how LXQT performs, and what tools are available etc. Although it'll take a lot to make me ditch XFCE, I've got it all exactly how I want it. MATE was my preferred DE years ago, but once I tried XFCE I never went back.Adrian wrote: ↑Sun Aug 12, 2018 10:04 am Frankly me neither anymore, I used to like it during MEPIS time.
