Looking at it. Usually it's best to let the expert Debian package maintainers at it first, since they're the best.
I just checked, and 2.10~rc2 is listed in Debian Experimental, but the actual source packages have vanished, so perhaps 2.10 final is being added.

The final 2.10 source files appeared in Debian snapshots before packages.debian.org, so I'm getting them now.
