To inform, I contacted Koddos today, and they are willing to help and are currently syncing MX repo to their Hong Kong mirror at:
http://mirror-hk.koddos.net
https://mirror-hk.koddos.net
rsync://mirror-hk.koddos.net

(subfolders /mxlinux and /mxlinux-cd)
