(...) I was expecting good results, and the system actually exceeded them. Everything was good - network support, media support, smartphone support, hardware support, live session data import, proprietary drivers, robust package management, and speeeeeeeed. The performance is just phenomenal.
I don't have anything serious to complain. Only hope that MX Linux can sustain the momentum, garner more following, and try to nudge up into the pro market. But even if that does not happen, it's an excellent choice for Linux folks looking for a hassle-free, fun-ready system. 9.9/10.(...)

Has he ever done a more enthusiastic distro review?

Wow, that's a great review. BTW, I feel the need to mention that /home/demo/Downloads issue that he mentioned should be fixed in the new version of the installer so an upgrade before installing would be a good idea or using a monthly snapshot once we release in (hopefully in 2 days since I shoot to release a monthly snapshot mid-month every month).

And did I mention this:
You also get a slick Conky that tells you the time and date, plus basic system resources usage. Quite handy.
I have to admit that as Adrian and I developed this I had no idea what the reception would be, but have been gratified to see that reviewers and users have all been very positive.

Dedoimedo doesn't like anything, but gives high praise to MX. I think it is great as well. If I had briefcases full of money, I would send one!

A new 0.7 featherpad release is coming out soon. Maybe it can fix whatever he didn't like about it. I added an issue to its github about his problem with it.
