No, they can tweet @MX_Linux that will show up in the page but you need to post if you want to stuff as "MX_Linux". You can let other people post as MX_Linux if you add the to your team. https://techcrunch.com/2015/02/17/share ... r-account/ (I think it's possible to do from Tweetdeck web app too https://tweetdeck.twitter.com )

Thanks for setting this up. Used judiciously, Twitter is the modern version of RSS feeds, pretty much like Facebook (hmm, just realized there is no Facebook page?) Nobody is more concerned and suspicious of Facebook and Tritter than I am, but for better or worse those are among the leading forms of communication especially for latebreaking news when there is some major event. Gosh I can't believe I am defending them considering the tripe that is posted there! Anyway no harm in trying it out to see if it's useful.

I don't have a Twitter account. I have a very restricted and almost unsearchable Facebook account with only about 15 persons allowed in as friends.

I'll have to think about whether I want to - finally - dip my toes into the Twitter sea.

Twitter is often Japanese users. It might have an effect in a new user acquisition.
Of course I already follow the @MX_Linux. ;)

hmm, just realized there is no Facebook page?
Nope. Somebody would have to set it up who knew what they were doing and could put together a classy page.

Volunteers are welcome to submit a mock setup for review by the Development Team, perhaps using GIMP with this template:

I don't have a Twitter account. Not sure I want one. But I am a fan of Mepis although I use something else. Do you have a FB group/page?

Facebook does not give that kind of control over groups. You get to put up the picture of your choice for the main header and your choice of group name. Other choices include Public/Closed/Hidden. There is some other stuff as well but the interface is going to be stock Facebook. There are already three MX Linux Facebook groups all based in Mexico and in Espagnol.
I'm currently running one Linux group that pretty much runs itself but sometimes some 'language' creeps in that isn't appropriate which isn't allowed.

Do I detect a volunteer?
