Already installed MX 18.2 on HDD and impressed with almost everything. Clean and fast, BUT cannot get Thunar to automount SD cards (using external USB reader). CD's automount as expected, but not SD cards in the reader (all works fine with Windows). Block device [sdd]
is being detected and Thunar is configured for automounting, but no joy. I really don't want to do a fresh (re)install, especially since the issue is there
even using the live USB, as shown below. Interestingly, the CD ROM [sr0] doesn't turn up when listing block devices after a HDD boot ?? Any suggestions welcome.
Code: Select all
demo@mx1:~/Desktop
$ lsblk

TIA from a Linux noob.
