I just switched systems, from Linux Mint to MX Linux, and I cannot seem to duplicate the XFCE desktop launchers that I had in Linux Mint. These were the desktop launchers that I had for 'Shutdown' and 'Reboot':
Can someone help me 'reformat' the commands or syntax in these launchers. The launcher creation panel seems to be identical in both Linux Mint and MX Linux, probably using the same because both are created in XFCE. These worked as pictured in Linux Mint by simply clicking on he launcher icon. But the MX Linux system must need a different command syntax. Would anyone know these commands to insert in the launcher 'creator' panel?

Re: Desktop Launcher Command Format/Syntax
those commands require root level permission to use. under default MX, you can use
"sudo reboot"
and
"sudo halt"
without entering a password.
