Hard to describe but let me try this:
At night I logoff, seems to help keeping the screen sharp, but in the morning I move the mouse, press any key and the screen is totally blank.
One would think I had powered off, but no.
I enter my password to log on and still no display but lots of disk activity so I know the system is alive.
I then logout, I have a keyboard shortcut Super_L+X, and lo and behold the logon screen displays.
I have triied a couple of kernels to no avail.
My system is just about 10yrs old, Toshiba L355-S7302 or something like that, with Intel integrated graphics.
The system is fine in every other aspect just this weird behavior with the iogon screen (SDDM).
Any ideas ladies and gentlemen?
System is sorta gone but not
