There are bunches of keybindings for kitty (standard with the terminal). If you use rofi, I can give them to you in a manner that will work in a popup on your desktop. If not here they are in the docs...

Is there any way to set the command prompt to be inline rather then in new line in a default MX Linux terminal?

Btw, this terminal seems just fine, pretty much as any other able to accept terminal commands :D

I use terminator, love having my terminals arrange in a grid.
