It wouldn't be a good idea an online database about MX applications and where to find?
Somkething like that might be worth thinking about.
Production: 4.15.0-1-amd64, MX-17.1, AMD FX-4130 Quad-Core, GeForce GT 630/PCIe/SSE2, 8 GB, Kingston SSD 120 GB and WesternDigital 1TB
Testing: AAO 722: 4.15.0-1-386. MX-17.1, AMD C-60 APU, 4 GB

I suupose it's a bit poetic, your data is flying in the air (and land on a server cluster eating billions of kilowatt-hour)
In french it's generally "le cloud" and everything in english is cool and technological so we have the same wow effect ;)

I sort of remember we got "apt-url" working in M11 or 12 in a forum thread, but it didn't really make a splash. The repo route is always going to be more secure, anyway.

1) Why would you want to break the "safe" apt-get infrastructure and replace it by something else?
2) What advantages would you expect from that?
3) In what respect are the current repos not "in the cloud"?

Greetings, Joe
