In MX Tools pannel > MX Tweak > Other tab > Enable mounting of internal drives by non-root users if checked, after hitting Apply button gets unchecked, it doesnt save the selection.
In Thunar usb devices arent automatically mounted. I have to edit manually fstab, step which wasnt a must do in the previuos versions.

again, pkexec problem. mx-tweak utilizes policykit and pkexec to make its changes. So you've got something wrong that is preventing policykit/pkexec from operating. Likely the gnome-authentication-agent isn't starting.3
