The command is make-fstab, "antix-libs: /sbin/make-fstab" just means the "/sbin/make-fstab" file is in antix-libs package you cannot simply paste it to the command line. You can test with "sudo make-fstab" and check the existence of the file with "ls -l /sbin/make-fstab"

I had asked the OP to delete make-fstab, because I was thinking the system was freezing on the make-fstab -s command after the home folder is created.

The Grub installer is still doing its thing. No HDD activity or USB activity.

I didn't follow the check md5 thing you posted a few minutes ago. I know how to check an ISO, but not sure about a burned USB drive.

I'LL TRY TO FIND OUT WHERE i LEFT OFF & POST FROM THERE. Didn;t mean to shout--fat finger syndrome
