Don't know if you're being serious, but I think it's a great idea.
Linux Mint has done something similar - don't know if it was Meerkat or not. But you could buy the small box with Mint preinstalled.
Pretty cool!

Can't see myself shelling out that kind of money for that thing. I have a very small hobby computer call the Raspberry Pi and that thing only cost me $35. If I was going to spend a whopping $639 it's going to be a beast and not a thing that looks like a toy.

I'm sure you can install MX on this thing. Call support and see if you can with no problems. Then use that payment plan of paying only as low as $58 a month to purchase that thing.

Many System76 machines are rebranded machines that you can get elsewhere at a lower price, but I think I remember they were having a custom laptop made. Their premium laptops are still just Clevos with Pop!OS, though.

Looks very nice.
Except for my server, I'm mostly interested in laptops now. You can get a pretty nice laptop for $600.

Is it possible to get system76 folks convinced to add MX for officially supported OS'es to system76 devices? Because I have so much bad experiences working with Ubuntu that I don't mind to use any Ubuntu-derivative, especially with Gnome DE.
Desktop: AMD FX-4350, 12 Gb RAM, NVIDIA GTX660 (MX Linux-17.1)
Laptops: Asus R510L, Intel i5-4200U, 12Gb RAM, Nvidia GeForce 820M & Intel HD Graphics 4400 (Debian 8)
Asus Eee 1005P, Intel Atom N450, 2 Gb RAM, Intel GMA3150 (MX Linux-17.1)

Was it System76 or someone else who created their own OS? Wouldn't hurt to give them a nudge about offering MX as a distro choice on their machines.
