so you can just make the file executable and click it. Themes can be changed by clicking them in the "themes" folder you'll see.
I'm not sure what the spinning globe network dealy does, but it does seem to have a highlight over my location.
You can exit by typing exit in the terminal, or with the good old <Alt> <F4> combo.
