According to BBCode documentation, this is supposed to work:

Even though the text within the quote above shows as:

I don't understand. When you say "here," what are you referring to? If you paste my code [img]...[/img] into a reply, doesn't the image show up?

By "here" I mean on my computer screen. It shows no image, just the word "Image." I'm going to try a copy/paste from your post.

The Preview shows the word "Image." Now submitting.

The post also shows the word "Image," and no actual image.

Perhaps I am misunderstanding the situation but do you have the "display images " portion of your preferences set to off?

Under user control panel, board preferences, edit display options, display images within posts?
