Glad to hear from Adrian about ww- WarrenWoodford credit.
Plugged-in the mepis11 cd to remind me what was the installer name. minstall. golly it still gives me goosebumps to watch mepis start-up. so hanging onto the original name seems like a way to credit mepis design. minstall. Adrian gets first vote unless there is resistance to a name with reference to Adrian in it. name it Adrian! a drive installer.

how about (?) the new distribution release name in concert with the new installer name thus: name the new installer Etude and mx18 codename Symphony.

How about Zoe Installer
"Zoe" is a Greek word for life. Installer gives life to the machine--so to speak :)

Thank you everyone for the brainstorming ideas. we are nearing completion of the code, and will settle on a name before we head to get the translations up to date.

I appreciate all the ideas and comments.
