I'm not sure I'm glad I heard about it.
You wouldn't even if Hannah Montana Linux was not the first "distribution" to include Wayland by default.
If a respin/remix doesn't offer *real* advantages that eventually could go upstream I wouldn't give it any special room on this forum.

Another consideration is how closely a celebrity would restrict unauthorized use of their images and music. I don't think that falls under any "fair use" clause.
