Google Translate
Google Translate
I've added the Google Translate code to the MX pages (except Bugs/Features, not sure about that one). It seems to work pretty well for the languages I know, and gives our non-English users better access to that material.
What do you think? Keep it?

Re: Google Translate
I see it in FF.
Must be worth keeping I would think; we seem to have a few non-English speakers in the forum, so there may be a lot more users who would appreciate it.

Re: Google Translate
I don't see it in Midori or Pale Moon. Can s.o. give a link, where it is supposed to be?
I see the Google translator on the Manual page.

MX-14 on a Via Eden 1GHz CPU thin client, 3GB RAM, Via VX800 chipset, Via Chrome9 HC GPU, 32GB M.2 SSD;
btrfs with @ and @home subvolumes for MX-14;
added @antiX and @antiXhome subvolumes and copied antix 13.1 base into them, adjusting Grub from MX-14.

Re: Google Translate
What I see running live MX-15, it does seem like a good idea. I think we should offer more languages though - at least to include the ones we have supported on the iso ie there is no Greek though it is 90% complete,

Re: Google Translate
The code may somehow be specific to FF and derivatives. Not sure what to do about that.
About languages: we have up until now restricted those to all countries downloading 10% or more of one of the ISOs, but can certainly revisit that policy--maybe we should just include all.
