I think that's an older version (1.9.00), a 3.2.81 version is available for download here: https://code-industry.net/free-pdf-editor/

The KDE window says Master PDF Editor 3, Build 3.2.62. But it's from MasterPDFEditor-1.9.00.x86_64.tar.gz
Later I downloaded the .deb from the URL you posted, kmathern. Thanks.

Some PDFfiller tools like this https://edit-pdf.pdffiller.com/ will suit better for these needs. Not all the options provided in this one exactly, but nevertheless, it's free, quite lightweight and able to add/remove pages obviously, so whatever. And yes, this thread is quite dead, but it's also the very one can be found by the search on this thing, so somebody will notice this for sure

When using an "Online PDF Editor" you will send your private documents to an untrusted external 3rd party. Have a look into our Wiki and search for PDF within our MX Package Installer (MXPI).
Within the Wiki you'll find about PDF-tools to Insert/remove, rearrange, and merge pages this:
Insert/remove, rearrange, and merge pages
A very handy graphical application called PDFShuffler is available in the repos that enables easy management of pages and documents.
PDFShuffler and the more advanced Master PDF Editor can be installed via the MXPI. :snail:
