Some PDFfiller tools like this https://edit-pdf.pdffiller.com/ will suit better for these needs. Not all the options provided in this one exactly, but nevertheless, it's free, quite lightweight and able to add/remove pages obviously, so whatever. And yes, this thread is quite dead, but it's also the very one can be found by the search on this thing, so somebody will notice this for sure
When using an "Online PDF Editor" you will send your private documents to an untrusted external 3rd party. Have a look into our Wiki and search for PDF within our MX Package Installer (MXPI).
Within the Wiki you'll find about PDF-tools to Insert/remove, rearrange, and merge pages this:
