I was all good to go, but I can't see anywhere on linuxtracker.org to upload the files. It is a new account, perhaps I don't have enough usage of the website to upload?

Have to get back to work and will dive into tonight.

I can upload them if someone wants to give the wording we are going to use for the description. Something like this?
Announcing the Beta 1 release of MX-16, "Metamorphosis" ...is a cooperative venture between the antiX and former MEPIS communities, using the best tools and talents from each distro. Debian 8.6, Xfce 4.12 Details on https://mxlinux.org/current-release-features

I never received it in my original email address so I changed it to my yahoo account and I did get it there. Also make sure that it didn't go into your spam folder if you haven't already.
