Part of my morning routine

#1 Post by richb »

In the "good' old days my morning routine was to log into the Forum and see what was posted overnight. Very often there was nothing or maybe one or two posts. Now my morning routine is the same, log into the Forum and find at least two pages of posts. Anecdotal evidence of the increased popularity of MX and the increase in the number of other timezone users. (I am in the Eastern Time Zone in the US.) It has made my mornings much more interesting.

Morning routine here not quite the same. First, check local volcanic activity and overnight earthquake reports, then the weather and third is the Forum.

I do look out the window to see if it has snowed.

@richb Had a friend living down the lake from you, on the other side near Kingston. Ted went to look out window in the morning, but all
was dark. Snow had settled on the ice then a strong overnight southerly blew it up the beach and covered his home up to the eaves.
Had to phone his neighbour to come and dig out a path to the door.

I would assume two main reasons for what you see:

1. Few posts means few bugs and issues which is a compliment
2. Many posts either means a lot of bugs or currently much interest in the new version

For my part both apply. I'm a happy user of MX for quite some time but never really saw a need to register as all runs fine without problems.
Machine: Acer Aspire S5-371
CPU: Intel Core i3-7100U with 8GB RAM
MX-19 Beta-2 with Kernel 4.19.0-6
