Recommendations for a Linux-friendly intelligent water leak detector (= water alarm)?

@all:
I am currently looking for an intelligent water leak detector (water alarm).
IMHO the best design would include the following features:
1) Can go by rechargeable battery.
2) Can connect to your local WLAN.
3) Can send you an e-mail alarm all by itself (doesn't need any separate "SmartHome Central").
4) Can be configured and updated via browser-based backend.
5) Comes in an intrinsically safe case (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intrinsic_safety).
6) Is water-proof.
7) Has a reset button.
Has anyone of you ever seen anything like that on the market?
Greetings, Joe
