Has anyone used lynis?
Backup: Dell9010, MX-19_B2, Win7, 120 SSD, WD 232GIB HD, 4GB RAM
Primary :Homebrew64 bit Intel duo core 2 GB RAM, 120 GB Kingston SSD, Seagate1TB.
MX-18.2 64bit. Also MX17, Kubuntu14.04 & Puppy 6.3.

1.6.3 is in the repo, 2.3.4 from Stretch should be a simple backport if we want it. Have you tried it yourself?

No, have not tried tried it yet. Has been some discussion about it on the local LUG net and was wondering if anyone had used it with MX.

I tried the Jessie version and it complained of being old. :p

After a lot of scans, it ended up with a list of recommendations to improve security.

Thanks Steve, don't worry about an update as far as I am concerned. Other feedback has been that it is slow.
