Stunt Rally was a no-go, but I think I've figured out why we can't backport hplip any longer since they switched to debhelper 10. That enables parallel builds by default, and parallel builds cause the shlibdeps error because the relink step takes place out of order. We just need a single-thread build.

Is this when using pbuilder or when building any where?

I have a hard time keeping up with the release numbers. The latest 4.14-16 for MX 15, 16 & 17 are in the test repo. - mike

I built the "13.2" Sunday on the OBS, then overnight on my laptop, but haven't uploaded it yet. Damentz has been doing new versions every other day.

Doing Palemoon 27.7.0 right now, could use some help with packages for either MX 17 or 15 with that...

Pale Moon is tricky, since 32-bit pbuilds have consistently failed on a 64-bit install...I've been doing the 32-bit in Virtual Box.

Building anywhere on a multiple core machine, since it would automatically try to use all cores. It would succeed in a Buster pbuilder parallel build, but fail on a Stretch pbuild or MX 17 build one.

@Stevo:

Happy new year, Stevo!

I am just testing MX-17. Could you please provide the wonderful Sylpheed 3.6.0 (stable) version you thankworthily packaged for MX-16?

Greetings, and a nice weekend, Joe

You can put in a package request in the forum intended for that :)
