Scribus 1.4.8 for MX 15-18 (done, uploading)

Klayout 0.25.8 (this needed some work to build for the new version, but I think I have it) Builds on Stretch base, might on Jessie's...

the latest firefox-66.0.4 language packs are coming down basically empty. The regular application debs seem to be OK though.

Tlp 1.2.2 for test repo.

Also a newer TLPUI, since the new tlp breaks the version in our test repo.
