currently mx-packinstaller ->popular apps for wine installs winehq-staging from the main repo.

is that still correct? I can't test here ATM...I apparently have some conflicting software because it wants to remove a LOT of stuff.

lenovo s21e & 100s - antiX-17, MX17(live-usb)
FYI: mx "test" repo is not the same thing as debian testing repo.

That's correct. There are some issues Tim told me about for the ones in test that affect MS Office and others so defaulting to the one from main is safest. - mike

Krita 4.1.3 built, but now am doing 4.1.3.1. 4.1.4 is where they introduced some new code that fails to build with our gcc-6.

Code: Select all

/build/krita-4.1.5+dfsg/libs/flake/text/KoSvgTextChunkShape.cpp:733:39: error: conversion from 'const char [2]' to 'QChar' is ambiguous
                     return text[0] == " " ? FoundText : FoundSpace;
                                       ^~~
I'll try obs-studio 22.0.3 after that.

Patched in git. Dev used " " instead of ' '

Thanks--I'll apply the patch and see what happens!

I found a PPA that has the requested makemkv-bin and makemkv-oss packages, but it needs a lot of fixer-upping. I'm also going to add a "makemkv" metapackage that will pull in both--I guess that should be "contrib" since it depends on the non-free -bin package, but we just have a non-free section.

Krita 4.1.5 now builds correctly with that patch. Woot!

However the makemkv packages end up empty, so I probably have to make debian/install files for those.

Krita 4.1.5 done and uploaded, as is Zathura 0.4.1 and its pdf-poppler, djvu, postscript, and cb (comic book archive) addons.

Working on updating openjdk-8 for MX 15/16.
