Siduction 4.19 kernel for test repo.

PPSSPP 1.7.4 for testing.

Gluqlo big flipclock screensaver for MX 17, we already have it for MX 15/16.

Debian 4.19.5 kernel being backported, might be default kernel for MX 18.

Removing KiCad packages from our test repo, now that stretch-backports has newer or equal versions.

Beware of this bug (ext4 file system corruption) @ kernel 4.19.
Looks like it appears mostly with legacy schedulers (noop, deadline, cfq, bfq-sq), blk-mq shcedulers (mq-deadline, bfq, kyber) might be safer to use.
Nowadays Debian uses MQ-Deadline (default for non-NVMe if CONFIG_SCSI_MQ_DEFAULT=y + CONFIG_MQ_IOSCHED_DEADLINE=y);
Siduction & Ubuntu - CFQ;
Liquorix - BFQ-SQ.
So Debian's config seem safest.

Wireshark 2.6.5 for all your network analysis needs, for MX 15/16 and 17

Liquorix 4.18-28 kernels, based on 4.18.20 kernel source.

Shotcut 18.11.18 for MX 17, supported by mlt 0.6.12 backports and qmelt port from deb-multimedia.

Apparently the latest Shotcut needs a newer Qt 5 than Jessie's 5.3.2, so will see if an older version will build.

In my testing and installs of MX18, I have come across a couple of items I'd like to see in the repos:
- add Dropbox to repos (I agree it's easy to install from scratch....)
- add tlpui to repos see: https://github.com/d4nj1/TLPUI
- add LightDM Editor to the MXLinux Tools Panel of tasks? It just seems like it belongs there. Though is probably not a repo issue.

Dropbox is easily installed with MXPI. It is under Popular Apps>Network.
