qwinff multimedia converter for MX 17-done

Major qBittorrent update 4.0.2 for MX 17. This one drops Qt 4 support and must be built against Qt 5 >= 5.5.1, which restricts it to MX 17.

It's built and it seems to be working, and won't need any other dependencies if we move it to main, but I think we should test it pretty well before we do that.

Gottcode packages:

kapow 1.5.4

Whiskermenu 1.7.4 gtk2 version for mx 14, 15/16, and 17 main.

Whiskermenu 2.14 gtk3 version for mx 17 test so we can see how it works. Debian is using the 1.6.2 gtk2 version all the way up through Sid, though.

Fun! Thanks for the Kapow, and I can't wait to see how/if the new Whisker versions work.

I decided to hold off on the gtk3 whiskermenu; I think it is really aimed at the development xfce 4.13+ and its whole gtk3 structure. So whiskermenu 1.7.4 will just be a translations update.

I think mixing gtk2 XFCE with some of the newer gtk3 elements doesn't work well yet. Even in Manjaro, adding in xfce-gtk3 bits when one started with the gtk2 version causes things to fail. So older rolling installs like mine are keeping to old xfce for the moment. However, I installed their newer SX iso in which XFCE was built from as much of 4.13+ as was already ready, and it's fine.

Liquorix kernel 4.14-7 for MX 15/16 and 17

QMPlay2 17.12.11 for MX 17, released just an hour or so ago. This new version requires Qt 5 >= 5.6.3 and won't build on Qt 4 any longer, so it's the end of the road for Jessie-based versions for MX 15/16. I'm determining what build-depends I need to switch to get a build in a generic Stretch pbuilder environment...OK, got'em. Let's see if I can get it into our repo before Sparky Linux does in theirs. :p

New adobe-flashplugin came out today, working on it.

Tilix terminal 1.7.1 for MX 15/16 and 17. Requires first building some newer versions of "D" compilers.
