Whisker Menu 1.7.2

Fixed the nvidia-driver 375.39 for 4.11 kernels, but it has to change a license in the Nvidia source, so it's not really legal to have it our repo. I do have it in the same repo as my OBS Liquorix builds, though.

Investigating the Nvidia 381.22 driver SteamOS has in their repo for the 4.11 kernel. Since they are a big enterprise, I will assume that it has no licensing problems.

Also will port their firmware-nonfree 20170511 updates.

adobe-flashplayer, which has the plugins in the package now, because we have permission from Adobe to do that.

ffmpeg-3.2.5 from upstream Debian.

Had a fun time with 32-bit ffmpeg 3.2.5, but finally figured out what extra flags to switch.

Now working on the security fix vlc-2.2.6 that just came out. I am versioning it so that the Jessie version of same release should update over it if they decide to make it a security update in a couple weeks or so.
