update audacity

please update audacity to 2.2.2 because there are many bugs.

its already in our test repo. you can use mx-packageinstaller->Full App Catalog->MX Test repo to install it.

Audacity 2.2.2 is already available in the Test repo. Use MX Tools -> Package Installer -> Full App Catalog -> MX Test Repo to install it.
