Great story, thanks. If only others could be convinced of Linux benefits so easily.

I have a couple of recent converts too, one has been using Linux for some time, currently using Mint and was very
impresssed with the size and speed of MX-14.2 - now using it for presentations on his firearms safety courses.
Backup: Dell9010, MX-18.2, Win7, 120 SSD, WD 232GIB HD, 4GB RAM
Primary :Homebrew64 bit Intel duo core 2 GB RAM, 120 GB Kingston SSD, Seagate1TB.
MX-18.2 64bit. Also MX17, Kubuntu14.04 & Puppy 6.3.

Beautiful!!! I've done several old computers to antiX and MX-14. The people who got them were surprised how fast they can compute. Converts come one at a time.
