[SOLVED] touch screen

#1 Post by Klaas Vaak »

1 of my laptops is a Lenovo Yoga with a touch screen. Is there a software setting to turn it off?

Wild Guess: Try Settings->Mouse & Touchpad->see the Devices pull down menu...is the touchscreen listed? If yes, configure?

Talking still antiX, yes ?

You can have a look at this, I didn't try it, though ( no touchscreen here )

Afaik, xinput isn't installed by default on antiX
sudo apt-get install xinput

You can also look at

Code: Select all

man xinput

@Caprea: yes, still talking antiX
I did not bother with xinput because, according to the Youtube video, it is a temporary, session-only measure. The video also shows a permanent measure, which is what I implemented.
Thanks for your help.
