sure skidoo, have no antiX full image at the time. I'll take a look at this feature later. Maybe only a panel... O.k. a little bit more I think. ;)

But the modular components are very good. Mixing Xfce components with the antiX WMs are interesting.
for those with an eye for the finer details...

dphn, we can see in the packageinstaller data file for "xfce4-lite" xfce4-lite.pm, selecting that entry would cause the following packages to be installed:

Code: Select all

xfce4, thunar-volman, thunar, gvfs, elogind
That shortlist is somewhat misleading; the following dependencies of the above items will also be installed:
gtk2-engines-xfce, libxfce4ui-utils, orage, thunar, xfce4-appfinder, xfce4-panel, xfce4-pulseaudio-plugin, xfce4-session, xfce4-settings, xfconf, xfdesktop4, xfwm4
.
The separate xfce4.pm line item would cause all of the following to be installed:
xfce4, xfce4-appfinder, xfce4-battery-plugin, xfce4-clipman-plugin, xfce4-cpufreq-plugin, xfce4-cpugraph-plugin, xfce4-diskperf-plugin, xfce4-fsguard-plugin, xfce4-genmon-plugin, xfce4-mailwatch-plugin, xfce4-mount-plugin, xfce4-notes-plugin, xfce4-panel, xfce4-quicklauncher-plugin, xfce4-screenshooter-plugin, xfce4-sensors-plugin, xfce4-smartbookmark-plugin, xfce4-systemload-plugin, xfce4-terminal, xfce4-verve-plugin, xfce4-wavelan-plugin, xfce4-weather-plugin, thunar, thunar-archive-plugin, thunar-media-tags-plugin, thunar-volman, gvfs, gvfs-backends, lightdm, lightdm-gtk-greeter, policykit-1, elogind

thx for that info. Nice collection of xfce stuff. The lite-version is very basic but enough for simple tasks.
