Hi,
I have tried to install emacs on antiX live-with-persistence system on an external SSD, with this result:
sudo apt-get install emacs
[sudo] password di demo:
Lettura elenco dei pacchetti... Fatto (reading packages)
Generazione albero delle dipendenze (creating dependencies)
Lettura informazioni sullo stato... Fatto (reading status)
E: Impossibile trovare il pacchetto emacs (means impossible to find package emacs).
How can I fix it ?
Regards,
marcoC
install emacs in antiX
Re: install emacs in antiX
You need to run "sudo apt-get update" first (refresh list of available packages before installing any)
Re: install emacs in antiX
sudo apt-get update
then emcas has been installed.
Tank you all of you.
