Conky Manager in MX has an icon in the menu bar that brings up the highlighted conky configuration text in Featherpad. providing an easy way to get to it.
EDIT: MX Conky also has a link to a text editor.

With CM, this is not going to work out...
If you have an Intel CPU, you can use this configuration according to your wishes.
I don't know if that's right with Orage open...
