you very likely would have significant issues trying to migrate from antiX to MX linux directly by adding repos. The underlying systems, while very similar, are different in some key areas, like display manager and systemd inclusion. not to mention the udev setups. and there are differences in the apt setups.

in other words, they are different. very very different.

I'm not saying its impossible, but probably not worth the time involved.
