ARM testing and debugger data for pinxi please!

#1 Post by h2-1 »

I'm trying to get decent ARM device support, but so far I only have access to an OrangePi one (via SSH), so I'm not sure how rasberrypi, odroid, other pi's, pine, etc, support is.

If anyone has an ARM based machine or device of any type, I'd greatly appreciate seeing, simplest, the latest pinxi output:

Code: Select all

cd /usr/local/bin && wget smxi.org/pinxi && chmod +x pinxi
# OR
pinxi -U
All the latest ARM fixes are in the latest pinxi version. there were several bugs in older versions with the debugger data collector for ARM, and there was no actual support for -ANG items at all for ARM.

If you can show: pinxi -zv8
and provide pinxi --debug 22 for any ARM device other than orange pi one I'd appreciate it, I'd like to do inxi 3.0.13 soon, but I'm hampered by only having had access to a single arm device, which isn't very reliable since the syntax and methods vary significantly type to type.

For MX/AntiX users, there's also a new feature, -Sxxx, which should show the system base for the distro as base: if it can find it.

I only need to see one dataset per device, so any one that you might have is almost certain to be helpful.

thanks for looking, I'm hoping at least one or two people here have an arm device lying around, I wish I had a few, but I don't.

Will this run in Raspbian, or are there MX/AntiX images for the Pi I haven't heard of yet? I can go try it on my Pi 3B tonight.
