[SOLVED]AntiX two finger tap right-click
[SOLVED]AntiX two finger tap right-click
AntiX is working well on my Acer C720 Chromebook, except that I need right-click and have not figured out how to get it working. There are no right/left buttons on a Chromebook, everything is managed by the touchpad. Left click works, and two-finger scrolling. But I need right-click which is usually managed by two-finger tap. Alternatively I have got it working before by clicking on the right front corner of the touchpad. Either way, would appreciate any ideas to get this to work.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Oh yeah. While in a browser. I decided to use the browser tools on the r/h side for copy and paste while in a browser session.
Re: AntiX two finger tap right-click
Thanks! Three fingers works, but not very good on these small touchpads :(

PS. A inxi or pinxi readout would be cool beans in this thread. I like
Code: Select all
inxi -zvr8

That's a clever idea. You have given this some thought :)rokytnji.1 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 06, 2018 2:05 pm Oh yeah. While in a browser. I decided to use the browser tools on the r/h side for copy and paste while in a browser session.
I was hoping there was a bit of editing I could do to enable two-finger tap. GUI options are limited. I like to use a small mouse, but not always practical on the go.

Re: AntiX two finger tap right-click
Oh. If you get pinxi installed. I am sure h2 would like to see your chromebook readouts as related to this thread also.
I am not on my chromebook presently or I would contribute mine.

I would not run that command willy nilly on my 16 gig ssd drive. I don't know how weak or cheapo or rugged that stock 16 gig ssd is when it comes to read and writes.
