Problems with the NL repos have been going on for the past few days. Waiting a few hours usually sorts this.

Our hosting company in the Netherlands had a problem with their power transfer switch unit (used to go to backup power when mains power drops or glitches). They replaced it Thursday.

Was this due to the big storm there? The one that made the replica Noah's Ark break loose and careen into other ships?

You mean the one that lifted part of the cat enclosure roof and slammed it into my living room window leaving a set of big permanent scratches on it?
