antiX-15.1 available

#1 Post by anticapitalista »

'''antiX-15.1 available'''

Security and bugfix upload of antiX-15 now available.

https://sourceforge.net/projects/antix- ... /antiX-15/

There is no need for existing users of antiX-15 to download this iso since all security and bugfixes
are in the repositories. Simply do an apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade

We are working on antiX-16.
antiX-16 will have more feature enhancements and is due to be released in June 2016.

Enjoy!

I don't know if it will as I have not changed anything on the server you have sent me info on and the link is using the name for the new script. I will change to the new script now then being that the other mirror stuff has settled.

If I could ask of Tim for an ls of the directory structure that the mirrors would have? If I recall correctly it was different than what was made publicly viewable via the website.

Edit: with that I can try to make it match / calculate or estimate the amount of data that would need to be moved/downloaded

Anti put it on a Final directory, so I believe it will show up inside that MX-krete directory.

EDIT: well, maybe not, it's nowhere to be seen...I thought the existing script would pick it up.

It was suggested I rename MX-krete to antiX-15, so I did and it is in there.

Yeah, but nothing is happening downstream. Turned out last night when I took a look that the rsync server itself was down. It's now back up and Dave is going to implement the new script.

Still no sign of antiX-15.1 on any of the mirrors.
