The thanks button appears for me and works in Qupzilla, Chrome, Firefox & Konqueror.
It's straightforward HTML that calls on server-side php. Do you have CSS overridden somehow?

Since it doesn't work in two browsers for me I doubt it's something on my side, I cannot see the thumb up in any of the General Chat threads but I see it in others. Anybody else or is only my account?timkb4cq wrote:The thanks button appears for me and works in Qupzilla, Chrome, Firefox & Konqueror.

In addition to the post that Adrian mentions, I'm seeing other topics in the "Board index » Community » General Chat" subforum (http://forum.mepiscommunity.org/viewforum.php?f=80) that have 'Thanks' disabled. This is with Firefox on my sid install.

Could be something to do with permissions, who knows.

Re: Thanks disabled in this forum
Eadwine, I think it's because you're a moderator.
In the topic that Adrian referred to (http://forum.mepiscommunity.org/viewtop ... 80&t=35940) the only people that were able to 'Thank' Joany & Stevo were moderators (lucky9 & Jerry3904).

That is what I mean with the permissions, apparently something is wonky with those

Ah, now I see it. Some forums but not others. I get no thanks button in Board index » Community » General Chat, but I do see them in this forum.
