Thank you MX Linux
Re: Thank you MX Linux
D800 thanks for sharing your experience.
I have Googled for MX info several times and the MX Manual has been the result for answers I was looking for. Cudos to Jerry and those who help with that.
I would also be interested in MX merchandise if that could ever be managed.

@manyroads
Yes, familiar with those sites. Just wanted to know if something was already available to save some time.Everyone probably already knows this... but you can simply send MX Logos etc over to sites like 'spreadshirt' and have custom things like mugs, jackets, hats, made (you can even send your dog's photo...).
Re: Thank you MX Linux
Since we've been talking about some apparel, mugs etc. ... yesterday, I found "Powered by MX Linux" stickers on eBay.
https://www.ebay.de/itm/Powered-by-MX-L ... Swpcpc5THb
Quite surprising that it comes from Korea.
I would be interested in a few if I knew that the profit goes as a donation.

I use Google before asking dumb questions but I am new to Linux. Thank you for your patience :-)
Re: Thank you MX Linux
Lol. Love the way this topic is heading. I want an MX pyramid hat. For the MX veterans, Is there anything in the MX package installer that can repair my DNA, and should me PC be facing north, south, east or west?
Seriously, after a couple of rocky patches likely caused by something iffy in my old PC, it's almost eerie now that things are running so well with MX. I'm a tinkerer, but there is nothing to fix. Maybe I'll start weaving baskets or something.

Yeah, this OS is soooooo boring! No battles to fight, no broken stuff to fix, nothing to frustrate the user. Totally boring.Seriously, after a couple of rocky patches likely caused by something iffy in my old PC, it's almost eerie now that things are running so well with MX. Re: Thank you MX Linux
If you want something interesting, try dual booting with Win10 on two different drives on a new "rig". That will make things less boring

The downside was that I only had the interesting for 1.5 days, roughly. Then with the help of this forum it was sorted.
