Battery monitor

#1 Post by Jerry3904 »

One of the many things I love about Xfce is the availability of small unobtrusive apps that do their job well. On my testing box, I deleted the icon for Power Manager from the Notification Area, and installed the Battery Monitor instead. Now it sits way down at the bottom of our vertical panel, taking up no space, where I can see by color change or bar size how my laptop's battery is doing. In the pic below (lines don't count), notice how tiny yet effective that is!
