To test:
1. Download and extract the .tar.gz file to create the folder Arc-Dark-Thick
2. As root, copy the Arc-Dark-Thick folder to /usr/share/themes
3. As user, go to Settings->Window Manager and select Arc-Dark-Thick
EDIT: You can trigger a refresh with: "xfwm4 --replace" from user terminal...or select another Window Manager and then go back
