LinuxPro: antiX, la migliore nel confronto di 5 distro leggere -antiX best of 5 distro for old computers

#1 Post by Spartak77 »

LinuxPro, (the most important italian linux magazine) in the April number, as well as electing Mx distro of the month, published an interesting article where 5 good distributions for old computers are compared.
Distributions examined are: Bunsen Labs, Cub Linux, LXLE, WattOS and antiX.

In a 5 pages depth article, the magazine faces the comparison of different parameters: speed and performance, ability to be adapted to a continuous daily use, relationship with parent-source distributions, documentation, software management, personalization.
In all this parameters antiX reaches the first place, with the exception of the relationship with the distribution of origin where it comes second.
At the end, it is prepared a final judgment and, of course, antiX wins above all others.

AntiX is already very popular in Italy, but these articles help to make it know even more, and to do justice to this distribution that time by time has been improving more and more.
A virtuous path that MX is making too.

Great! I already knew that antiX had a lot of users in Italy and I'm sure the review will increase it further.
Many thanks for the links and for all your work on translation.
